I've seen it all before
I seen you walk right out that door
to never see you again
Why did I turn away?
I should have stopped to hear you say
"Everything will be okay."
Well how far can you take my away?
How far can you take me away?
How far does this train go out of this damn town?
Waiting for the truth
And I'm running, running, running, running, running on.
How did it come to this?
I turn my back and you got pissed
When the hell was I dismissed?
Well you've gone away
Please don't come back some rainy day
Everything is now okay.
Well how far can you take me away?
How far can you take me away?
How far does this train go out of this damn town?
Waiting for the truth
and I'm running, running, running, running, running on.
